Special Olympians from Mishawaka received a red-carpet escort on Thursday night and departed from Marian High School for the Indiana Summer Games in Terre Haute. The athletes will compete today—with opening ceremonies at 7 p.m.—and Joe Grooms will swim and sing the National Anthem.
