- ➤ Gymtown Food Pantry is giving new mattresses to kids in Jimtown and across Elkhart County. The program has already helped 100 children and funds raised by Grace Community Church in Goshen will support mattresses for another 175 kids while the pantry upgrades its warehouse. WSBT
- ➤ The Salvation Army of Elkhart is $200,000 short of its $500,000 Christmas season target and is accepting donations by month’s end to keep food pantries & senior services running. Major Teri Nauta warned that without support, some programs and future family assistance plans may be cut. WSBT
