- ➤ The Polar Plunge event will support Special Olympic athletes statewide on Saturday, Feb. 28 at Four Winds Field. Registration is available for this annual fundraiser and at other plunge locations across Indiana. 16 News Now

- ➤ Gold Star Distribution, Inc. has issued a recall on thousands of FDA-regulated products after finding rodent & bird contamination in an unsanitary facility affecting items sold locally. Consumers and retailers are advised to destroy the products and request refunds. WSBT
- ➤ Officials confirmed that carbon monoxide exposure led to fatalities in Michiana and emergency water repairs began in Mishawaka on Jan. 29. 16 News Now
