- ➤ The Food Bank of Northern Indiana will host drive-thru food distributions in April, including an event at the Excel Center in Elkhart on April 23 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Families can receive one box or bag per household on a first-come, first-served basis. WSBT
ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A membrane roof ruptured at Digester Building 3 at the Elkhart Wastewater Treatment Plant on Nappanee Street shortly after 10 a.m. on Saturday, causing a loud bang; officials said no one was hurt (the fire department and public works report no safety concerns) and operations continue as usual. 16 News Now
