- ➤ Elkhart will host Celebration Under the Stars featuring Boyz II Men and The Jacksons on Saturday, Aug. 29 at 7 p.m. at Central Green — the free concert is expected to draw thousands following last year’s event with Kool and the Gang and The Commodores. 16 News Now
- ➤ Notre Dame Stadium will host Luke Combs tomorrow night with gates opening at 5:00 p.m. and campus parking lots available from 12:00 p.m.—officials advise fans to purchase a parking pass before arriving. WSBT

GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Indiana Toll Road will now allow tolls to rise twice a year plus the increases will be set at 1.5% of inflation. The deal gives the state $700 million for the Chicago Bears stadium plan, and drivers may see rates go above the current cost of just over $16. WSBT
