Goodwill Industries of Michiana’s Veterans Resource Network will host six military veteran Stand Down events across Northern Indiana — providing food, medical care and mental health support to homeless, at-risk and unemployed veterans and their families.

The events will run from May 17 in Kosciusko County to October 25 in Marshall County with additional stops in Elkhart, LaPorte, Porter and St. Joseph counties.

Elkhart police arrested Darrius Dillon, Anthony Givens, Selena Colon and Maria Willis in connection with a drug investigation—more than 350 grams of synthetic marijuana were seized from an apartment on West High Street earlier this week.
