- ➤ The Community Foundation of Elkhart County awarded a $10,000 grant to Church Community Services Food Pantry—money provided by 100 Women Who Care will pay for rewiring the cooler, installing a 40-foot freezer, optimizing the generator, and buying a motorized pallet jack to help serve over 1,400 families monthly. - ➤ The Middlebury Food Pantry is launching its Summer Feeding Program for Children from May 30 through August 8 to provide free lunches for anyone 18 or younger as part of today's World Hunger Day. The program will operate on Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from noon to 4:00 p.m.—local partners will also offer limited free food bags on a one-visit per week basis. ABC 57

- ➤ Gov. Braun signed Senate Bill 140 to ensure pharmacy benefit managers pay pharmacies fairly based on the average cost to buy and dispense medications—PBMs must now include at least one retail pharmacy within 30 miles of every insured person. 16 News Now
