- ➤ A car rear-ended a moped on Saturday at 2:15 a.m. near County Road 4 & Delta Court, ejecting both riders, with a 35-year-old moped driver later dying at the hospital & police arresting 23-year-old Joseph Bailey of Elkhart for leaving the crash scene. 16 News Now
