- ➤ On Monday at approximately 12:09 a.m., officers responded to 130 N. Main St on the Riverwalk near McDonald's when a man was found unresponsive and pronounced dead—he was later identified as Donald Shepherd aged 55 in an active and ongoing death investigation. ABC 57
- ➤ Drew Damer, a Goshen man, pleaded guilty to child molesting in St. Joseph County and received a 10-year sentence with two years suspended while he was also sentenced in Elkhart County to one year in prison served consecutively—cell phone data linked him to messages with his young victims.
