- ➤ The Indiana Department of Natural Resources announced that organizations in Elkhart and 11 other counties will receive $1.32 million in grants for 18 lake, river, and watershed land treatment projects—funded by boat owner fees with local sponsors covering at least 20% of project costs to improve water quality.
