Good morning, Elkhart.

Severe weather has left thousands without power in Indiana and Michigan.

About 3,500 residents lost power along the stateline to Auten Road—1,000 in Granger and South Bend and 900 in Niles remain without electricity.

Travel advisories are in effect in St. Joseph, Elkhart, and Marshall counties—routine travel and activities may be limited, so people should use extra caution on the roads.
