- ➤ Local holiday light displays return as the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds will light up this weekend from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., Light up the Bluff in St. Joseph will begin Friday with shows from 5 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Winding Brook Christmas lights will start Friday evenings from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. (all events continue until February 15).
